Practice Fees
As of 1st of February 2023, Jupiter Health CBD will be transitioning to a mixed billing practice.
As a practice we believe that everyone deserves to have access to high quality healthcare and so we were offering our services as a bulk billing clinic.
Unfortunately, the rebate we receive from Medicare does not cover the operational costs of the practice. We are committed to maintaining and providing the very best quality healthcare for our patients and so we have taken this step to protect the sustainability of our practice.

BULK BILLING CRITERIA ON A WEEK DAY
Access to healthcare is very important to us.
Therefore, we will continue to bulk bill the following patients on a week days;
– Children under 16 years of age
– Pension Card/Health Care Card Holders
– DVA Gold Card Holders Fully Covered
- DVA White Card Holders Specific Covered Conditions
Exceptions

Weekend Fees, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays are privately billed.

Procedures – Iron Infusions, Implanon insertions/removals, Mirena insertions/removals, Skin Procedures, Wedge Resections, etc.
Some specialised appointments such as the above will incur a fee, reception will advise you of this fee when booking the appointment.
Medicare does not cover all services.
Listed below are services that Medicare does NOT cover, payment will be required to be paid on the day of your appointment.
